SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

Computer Requirements: Microsoft® Windows® 10, i3 (sixth generation)
or higher processor, at least 8GB of RAM, at least 500 GB Internal storage drive

Description

Content creation. Planning and execution. Reviewing analytics. A/B testing. These are just some of the words that you will hear a lot in the field of social media. Many of those who claim to be “influencers” do not understand what the word truly means. True social media influencers know that you have established yourself or an organization on a platform with the goal of reaching a specific audience with the type of content you are presenting them. With the growing number of people interested in the field, there is now a need for better training done to help those individuals, especially because many of these content creators and managers are as young as 14-year-olds. That’s where we come in.

This program is designed to break down the ins and outs of social media management and marketing. From learning about social media funnels to establishing a targeted marketing plan to reach a specific audience, we will build upon your current social media knowledge. Applying to this program means you understand that you will be in a 10-week social media training program that will lead to you obtaining an internship with an organization of our choosing after completion. The internship will allow you to showcase the skills you’ve learned throughout the 10-week course and build the foundation of a future career in social media.
