Description

EzML Data Research and Learning (EDRL) course at HU provides an introduction into data analytics, research methodology, R Programming language, basic data analytics and machine learning. Students will learn to conduct machine learning research like an expert to solve classification, regression, or time series problems using EDRL’s point and click solution called “EzML”. Students will become a master of the tool to generate machine learning models and automatically compile reports taking advantage of all EzML’s features. This program will prepare students to take the R-Programming Certification. This program will also include 8-week work experience at the completion of the 14 week course. Interns will conduct machine learning research in EDRL’s lab and develop features to add into EzML using their new R programming skills.

Grades: 11-12

Price: $900 – Some students may be eligible for grant funding

 

To be eligible for grant funding you must complete the application assessment and meet the following three criteria:

  1. Your age is between 14 – 18 years old
  2. You reside in one of the following 8 PA counties: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata, Lebanon, Perry, or York
  3. Your student ONLY income is between $0 – $30,268
